During this phase we will work closely with your contractor to ensure the design is being executed according to plan. We will make regular site visits, participate in necessary site meetings and act as a liaison between you and your contractor. Should "surprises" arise, as they often do during renovations, we will be there to troubleshoot and advise you on the best course of action. Once construction is complete, we will have your furnishings, rugs, and accessories delivered and installed, directing the crew and adding our finishing touches.
